Great golfers, good golfers and people who aren’t golfers at all can get into the swing on the Championship Mini Golf Course at Thunderbird Park.
People of all ages from kids to seniors can head to the hills, catch the cool Tamborine Mountain air and enjoy a round or two on the new course.
This course takes mini golf from an activity to an art form. It’s the real deal with water hazards, rock traps, bridges, bunkers and obstacles. Championship mini golf is all about fun but the competition can get serious.
There are three holes on each green. Opt to putt at beginners’ level, take the intermediate challenge or tackle the professional section. If play is the order of the day, just putt away and see how you go.
The Championship Mini Golf Course opened in January and has already proved very popular with holiday makers. Corporate groups, conference delegates and other teams can take the challenge.
Groups can also book The Edge Lounge. This is a delightful venue propped between the edge of the course and Cedar Creek to capture views of the TreeTop Challenge ropes course and rainforest surrounds.
The Championship Mini Golf Course is open every day from 8am to 8pm; games cost $12 per person. Groups of 15 people or more pay $10 per person.
