Nothing is further than ten minutes away so there is time to visit all the shops and galleries and browse at your leisure. On the last Sunday of the month, the School Markets held on Long Road, opposite the State School, have many and varied stalls with old wares, bric-a-brac and collectables. Your favorite fiction books are easy to find as our collection is sorted a-z by author. The Picabeen’s extensive non-fiction collection is classified and varies from cookbooks through travel, history, health, politics, autobiographies, arts, crafts and much more.
All purchases help fund ranforest regeneration projects on the mountain. Donations of unwanted books and CD’s / DVD’s welcome.
